The HULKSTER almost went OJ

I was such a huge fan of Hulk Hogan growing up that when the wrestling buddies came out, I convinced my parents to get two. I got my Hulkster wrestling buddy AND Ultimate Warrior so that I could have the Hulkster beat the crap out of that one. I guess I was spoiled, but really you NEED two wrestling buddies when you have no imagination.

Anyway, it is with great sadness that I heard about Hulk's divorce in late 2007. I didn't necessarily weep, since he had already ruined my image of him with his son, his disgusting daughter, and his horrific wife Linda.

But, I felt for the guy since he was my wrestling buddy and mentor when I was a retarded 7 year old. Things have changed quite a bit from the good ol' days, but with all his family trouble and this divorce hanging over him, he kind of lost it. Via Withleather and page 6 comes this stunning quote when he was talking with Rolling Stone:

“I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat,” he told the magazine. “You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it.”

That's right wrestling fans, Hulk Hogan just empathized with OJ Simpson. I don't really know where to go with this, but I regret all the pain I put you in Ultimate Warrior wrestling buddy. Not even the Ultimate Warrior had this much post wrestling trouble.

I am not sure what to do except long for once was. Poor freaky bastard (that's his daughter below).
